the hotel upgraded my room. it was a beautiful suite! the roll top bath was amazing and the fluffy robes were such a nice touch. the decor and artwork throughout the hotel impressed me. dinner in the glasshouse was delicious, i loved the pre dinner cocktail at the bar.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. they took my car and parked it for me. the staff returned it when i was leaving.
I enjoyed afternoon tea with my family. The location had beautiful decor. Attentive staff were helpful, and the food was delicious and plentiful. The savoury afternoon tea was gorgeous. coats and umbrellas were provided for exploring the grounds.
The afternoon tea menu lacked sandwiches. The chef made very basic sandwiches with no effort. The sandwiches included just ham and cheese.

The staff refreshed tea and coffee pots regularly. Staff boxed anything we couldn't manage to eat. Staff was friendly and very efficient, and even offered a surprise desert.
