stylish stay

spacious room tea facilities convenient location

the room was spacious it had tea and coffee facilities plus ghd hair tools the staff were friendly i was on the third floor. the hotel is located near rose street i found it very convenient. there are beautiful bars and a restaurant on site i enjoyed my time there.

the phone in my room did not work i had to go to reception for assistance.

the hotel restaurant features an excellent oyster selection they were quite large. i also received complimentary drink tickets that was a nice touch. the breakfast included plenty of options.

the staff were cute attentive and helpful throughout my stay. check-in was smooth luggage was delivered to my room quickly. staff also allowed me to leave my luggage after checkout that was helpful.

Absolutely Blown Away!

I stayed there for my anniversary! The staff at both the hotel and restaurant were seriously great. My Georgian Suite was very nice, worth every penny! Its location was perfect. Close to everything. Breakfast included fresh pastries and various fruits. The service was prompt! I loved the fresh milk in the room fridge.

I found it hard to get a drink from the bar sometimes! Even when it was quiet, I asked repeatedly, I wanted to be served. Finally, a very nice lady helped a lot and apologized.

The restaurant offers fresh food. I sampled breakfast, lunch, tea, and dinner, and each was fantastic! The chef clearly knows their stuff. The restaurant vibe is youthful and fashionable.

dark room noisy air conditioning

I found a couple of issues . The room was somewhat dark. The windows could not be opened , made it difficult to get fresh air. I also noticed the air conditioning unit was very noisy. It was hard to sleep with it running all night.

the location was decent and the staff seemed alright they didn't exactly bend over backwards but they were present

i must admit i found it rather amusing the way the room phone didn't work this meant trekking to reception for every little thing i mean who uses a phone these days anyway but the principle

The room was well furnished and clean. Complimentary bottled water was provided in the room.

The air conditioning made a racket throughout the night. There was no hot water, and the phone did not work, so I had to go up and down in the lift to get assistance (very inconvenient!). The situation could have been handled better.
