Great Staff, Massive Bed, Awesome Location!

Staff were amazing, especially when my wife felt unwell! They immediately found us a room when we arrived early, so helpful. I also loved the massive comfy bed, it ensured a great night's sleep. Free parking was a big plus too.
Breakfast could have offered a few more dairy products. That would have really completed the meal.

the staff was very friendly. the hotel was clean upon my arrival. i found good parking available onsite. it was so easy to get around with a train station very close to the hotel!
i found one usb charging point missing in the bedroom.

i appreciated the helpful staff and the large bed in my room. the room looked clean and well kept. the hotel offered running hot water with temperature control. there were also little treats left in the room, a nice gesture.
the parking cost was £8 per day.

The location was convenient with a bus stop right outside. i found the swimming pool and jacuzzi quite nice. Though it was a bit busy some mornings! the breakfast was good with a reasonable range of food.
the tv was old. it only worked on a few channels! there was some mould in the bathroom. no one was at reception for at least an hour one evening and i couldn't do anything about noise from the next room.
