the room was quite spacious. i had no issues accessing the internet, it worked very well. the location suited my needs perfectly. i also found the staff helpful and responsive.
the bathroom lacked sufficient shelving, i struggled to find a place for my toiletries. the exterior needed some attention, with visible chipped paint! the noise levels at night were higher than expected, i could hear quite a bit of activity in the communal areas.

The room was a good size with great views. The staff were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. The swimming pool could be warmer and bathroom windows did not open but otherwise the stay was excellent.

The reception and restaurant teams were really good with very attentive and professional personnel especially in the restaurant as they provided fast service with high quality and care. The staff demonstrated much care for the guests here.

Breakfast had a wide range of items to choose from in the bar area. A log burner created a nice feature at this time of year. I did not dine in the main restaurant.

The hotel offers a large garden area that is great for dogs and kids. There are activities on site including little land rovers for the kids to drive. I also saw axe throwing and other activities.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time! the pool area was particularly well kept. the room was spacious, and the breakfast buffet had diverse options for everyone. i also appreciated the attentive service at the restaurant. The staff were always very helpful.
The stairwells definitely needed a good clean. I noticed some areas looked quite worn. i think it's an area that could use some attention to improve the overall impression.

i found the staff friendly. the gin distillery experience was a true delight and i discovered amazing views from the front of the hotel. our gin experience was filled with complimentary snacks and drinks, a sweet touch to our stay.
the hotel was a bit run down at some places. windows had peeling paint and it seemed like it needs some tlc. i bought cash to pay but the resort is cashless and that was a bit of an inconvenience.

the staff were friendly. housekeeping was excellent, and the warm bathroom included a bath and consistent hot water. the hotel gin was quite nice.
the room was somewhat warm and noisy due to an issue with the heating system , and a quick fix was unavailable.
