The staff were helpful and kindly accommodated my request for a window because I experience claustrophobia. They even offered more assistance if I felt too confined and needed to open the window. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room was quite disappointing. The windows could not be opened. This. The bathroom was a compact unit, it didn't feel very comfortable for a longer stay.
