the hotel is close to shops, it's an ideal location. breakfast was perfect, and all hotel staff were very nice. we walked to the high street in just a few minutes.

Jackie, pam, and emily are assets. Nothing is too much trouble for them. they managed the situation with ease after a pigeon got into the breakfast room. the breakfast room staff were also friendly.

the check-in process was straightforward and quick. our room had a kettle with ample tea, coffee, and biscuits. the bed proved very comfortable (i slept really well). the bathroom included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. the spa pool was relaxing.
The gym was a little mediocre. I think it could use some updating.

the room was quite spacious and super clean (a real plus!). the bathroom looked newly fitted with a clean design. comfortable beds and pillows added to the positive experience, ensuring good rest.

The full scottish breakfast was lovely. I think the quality stood out. there was also an option for a continental breakfast, as well as other choices. the breakfast selection easily caters to diverse tastes and preferences.

I visit this hotel every year and enjoy it. the staff were friendly. breakfast had a great selection and a lovely dining area. the location is excellent. I could walk to local attractions. i plan to return next year for another visit.
the pool area was dated and not clean. the changing areas need attention, and i noticed dust. i think regular maintenance would improve this facility.
