The bus stop to the city center was right across the street. That was so convenient. a shopping area with a lidl was within walking distance, so getting snacks was easy. the staff were very accommodating and friendly!!!

location was perfect and had a good bus route into the city. room was good and all staff were friendly.
i booked two rooms and paid up front. on arrival, we got two doubles, one had stains on the carpets and smelled of blocked drains. it took three visits to reception to get them changed.

The room was really spacious with a huge tv. I loved the excellent wifi speed. plenty of parking was available onsite for a reasonable price! the walk-in power shower had amazing pressure, and the bath towels were so fluffy.
the breakfast area was a bit crowded, however the food was good!

the room had good lighting, and i appreciate the convenience of plugs bedside. coffee and tea facilities were also provided. there was even an iron and ironing board! the bed was very comfortable.

This hotel has convenient transport connections. The bus stop for routes 43 and 47 is right opposite the entrance! it took just 7 minutes to reach the city centre for a cost of £2.40 each way!
