The staff were very friendly. the room was clean. the location is very convenient, it is close to the tram. i found a shopping centre within walking distance. It has a large supermarket.

The hotel is conveniently located near tram and bus stops. Getting to the city center was easy. A shopping center nearby offered alternatives to hotel breakfast. Morrison's and the food court were very convenient. The staff provided umbrella hire for £2 per 24 hours. This was helpful .

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the airport. the helpful staff stored my luggage before check-in. there was also a convenient scale in the lobby for weighing luggage before heading to the airport, very useful.

the room layout was a bit strange (especially the shower door and full-length mirror). it offered little privacy.
