I found the staff friendly. The breakfast had a really good choice and they worked hard to keep tables clear. The swimming pool was clean, I found it a relaxing end to touring.

I noticed slight wear on some of the hallway carpets.

the checkout time on my welcome email mentioned 12pm, however, the actual checkout time was 11am so i got locked out of my room!
