the central location was a huge plus. i could easily walk to many attractions and restaurants. the staff assisted with directions and local tips.. it really helped.

the room was a bit smaller than i expected, but this did not impact my overall trip.

convenient parking discounted ticket easy unloading great location

The location IS superb. I found the NCP Glasshouse car park convenient. It is just a short walk behind the hotel. I got a discounted ticket from reception for £8 per 24 hours upon checkout, WHICH saved money. Unloading luggage in front of the hotel was straightforward.

I did notice some noise from other guests passing by the room. It was only slight, THOUGH.

the location was acceptable because it was close to the city center.

the room was quite small, like a sad little box. the window offered a lovely view of a brick wall. i had requested a wake-up call that never came, a fantastic start to my morning.

central location discounted parking hard mattress firm pillows

I appreciated the central location a lot, it helped me get around easily. i also found a discounted parking deal at a nearby garage through the hotel. The price was reasonable at £8.00 per 24 hours.

the mattress felt quite hard. also, i found the pillows to be too firm for my liking. it wasn't the most comfortable sleep i've had.

the location was very central and convenient to transport links. the room had a quiet atmosphere. the bed was comfortable (i slept like a log). i found the breakfast buffet great, especially the variety of options.

the room window looked into an internal courtyard so i could not see the sky.
