the room was lovely and spacious, even better it had beautiful bathroom fixtures. the breakfast selection offered many choices, i especially liked the variety of teas. the staff were friendly and helpful , they offered quick assistance whenever i needed it.

The restaurant seemed understaffed during peak hours, i waited longer to be served. It was somewhat frustrating. hopefully, they can improve service times.

The hotel is positioned near major transport links, it allows simple day trips. To both edinburgh and beyond. the surrounding area provides peaceful views and opportunities for walks, and the setting is serene. this place is away from the city crowds.

the reception team provided very efficient and friendly assistance, answering all questions. room service was prompt, it delivered all requests to my room quickly. the breakfast staff were attentive, which ensured a pleasant start to the day.

the hotel features a well-equipped gym with modern equipment and several workout options. the spa area includes a steam room and a sauna, i found it very relaxing. the pool area provided a pleasant space to unwind, it had comfortable loungers.
