the spa was not as relaxing as i hoped it would be. it felt overcrowded, and i had to wait to use the snow room. breakfast felt chaotic. the wait staff seemed overwhelmed. it took a long time to get coffee because they said they only had one coffee machine?!!

the staff was amazing from start to finish. the concierge team were super friendly and helpful. i really like the very walkable location and spa was clean and had lots to use, so i had a fantastic time.
the breakfast area was really too small. the space struggles with the number of guests staying there. i found the whole breakfast experience a little disorganized.

rooms are spacious and immaculate and they were comfy. the bed was really the comfiest hotel bed i ever experienced and my room was really clean, so i liked it so much. this is great!
