Acceptable stay with some shortcomings

dirty spoons limited selection

The breakfast was not up to par with expectations (especially considering the price). The selection of cheeses and cold meats was limited. Hot buffet items were not replenished promptly. I noticed dirty service spoons left in the food. It was like the staff were not attentive in ensuring a continuous supply of fresh items.

my room was a beautiful king room. the bed it was massive. the facilities included a bar. the restaurant also was very lovely. the design was understated and new. everything felt fresh and clean.

i found the breakfast area too chaotic. the food was always the same.

okay stay WITH some ISSUES

small room urine smell

The room was rather SMALL. the cleanliness left something to be desired. I found several hairs in the shower at check-in. the breakfast selection was not excellent, it lacked variety, especially healthy options. finally, the elevators were slow and one of them smelled strongly of urine.
