outdated bathroompoor soundproofing
The room was nice, and the bed comfortable enough. however, the bathroom felt a bit outdated. i also noticed the soundproofing wasn't great. I could clearly hear conversations in the hallway early morning noises woke me up. it disrupted my sleep a little.

the breakfast was acceptable staff were friendly.
the room felt too warm even with the air conditioning on i found the radiator was running with no way to turn it off this made sleeping uncomfortable. the mattress seemed worn out it had a noticeable sag on one side.

The free on-site parking was acceptable.
The bar closed promptly at 10:30 PM even when guests were present. We were then ushered to what reminded me of an NHS waiting area, very inconvenient. I also found that they only had retail-sized cans of Guinness 00 because their supplier didn't stock the correct bar sizes, how ridiculous.

i loved the convenient location near the hospital i could walk easily. the room was clean and large i had great views from my window. the staff were friendly and efficient i felt very welcomed.
the car park was busy i had some trouble finding a space.

The room was spacious. It almost reminded me of a suite. I appreciated the super views from the multiple windows. The staff were attentive and very helpful. My special request was handled quickly.
The car park was quite busy. Finding an available space took a few minutes.

the room was very spacious and clean. i enjoyed the view of the river clyde. the swimming pool was of a good length , and the gym had enough machines and weights for a good workout.
the receptionist was not very friendly , not being patient or making apologies. our beautiful double room had two single beds pushed together and a camp bed. the breakfast selection was limited , and some items were inedible.
