The room included a sofa and chair. I spent evenings relaxing. There was a big television also. Breakfast had amazing options and staff were very friendly. usb sockets near the bed were useful.

The hotel is well located. It has an easy walk to the town centre and kelvin grove. The car park is nice. It offered a good deal for 24-hour parking. the location is a plus.

scarce food improperly secured curtain

The breakfast service disappointed me. By 8:45 AM, well before the 10:00 AM closing time, food was scarce. Coffee machines were also out of service, a major inconvenience! I also found the curtain improperly secured. This oversight affected my ability to block out light and relax .

My room had tea and coffee. Additional supplies were available at reception. I also found shops and restaurants close by as well as public transport. The staff offered a warm welcome and gave suggestions for local attractions. The air conditioning worked very well.
