I appreciated the smooth check-in. The staff provided quick assistance. I liked the hotel grounds. They offered a quiet setting for a walk. I really enjoyed having tea and coffee available in my room.

The phone signal was not available inside the hotel.

the price point was very reasonable. the receptionist was kind. he could not be more helpful and gave a friendly, inviting face.

the stairways at the back needs better cleaning. i feel that it should be addressed as it has great potential.

i found the staff very friendly and ready to assist. alistair at reception happily helped with any questions . the hotel's location made it easy to reach the coast for day trips.

the corridors had confusing signage making it difficult to navigate at times.

The room was quite dirty. I saw stains on the carpet. The bathroom had mold and the shower barely worked. It was hard to relax with these issues.

The front desk staff was nice and helpful upon arrival. My room had a super comfortable superking bed with super clean bedding, very important. The landscape outside was beautiful. I liked watching it from the dining table.

The hotel did not have great phone reception. I had to pay for WiFi for each device.
