i appreciated the attentive and helpful staff they always seemed ready to assist. the new rooms with patios looked fantastic the patio added an extra touch to the stay.
i noticed some slight noise issues at times noise from adjacent rooms carried more than expected.

Superb coastal stay

I found the room clean, offering a quiet environment. Waking up to the sound of the ocean WAS amazing. Although the spa was closed, the bath with jets provided relaxation. The bed was a big size and very comfortable.
I noticed the shower controls were difficult to adjust, and getting the water temperature to cool down was tricky. The rainfall shower worked well, however.

The staff were friendly and helpful.. they seemed happy. The hospitality staff were very conversational. Staff happily encouraged us to sample local haggis and Scottish beer.

the spa called my room at 2:45 to say i should have been there at 2. the spa called to accuse us of leaving without paying and told us to come back to pay £200 balance.
