The room was clean. It included a large bathroom with a separate tub plus shower. I appreciated the well-stocked coffee and tea station, especially the selection of teas. The bed was soft and comfy, also plenty big.
The service to get food was a bit slow, I must admit.

The train station is very close. Many bars and restaurants are also a short walk away. The location is hard to beat because you can access several attractions.

Breakfast had plenty of choice. I got a free glass of Prosecco plus a pint of lager on arrival. The restaurant staff arranged a table for dinner. They close quite early.

The staff were pleasant, also helpful. One staff member checked me in on reception. Staff checked in. They ensured that I was comfortable. Every staff member I spoke with were very friendly.

the staff offered local suggestions, WHICH i found useful. the bed in my room was very comfortable, i slept well. a big plus WAS the nespresso machine AND its accompanying pods.
The view from the bedroom window WASN'T great. IT could have been better.

The staff WAS helpful and friendly. The included breakfast offered good options. The location is so convenient for exploring the area. It. The cozy rooms gave me a warm welcome after a long day.
The wi-fi signal was sometimes a little weak in my room.

The hotel is near the train station. Ferry cruises are also across from the location. I ate in the pub downstairs. The staff were great and smiley.

The room was very spacious and include bath, shower and facilities for coffee and tea. i found the parking space just outside the building a real bonus. the location is convenient, with the railway station and marina nearby. tourist information is just across the road. I booked a boat tour of loch lomond there.
The room looked a little dated. I noticed some damaged plaster. A little refresh could do wonders.
