“What strikes me most is the sense of history, dating back to the late 1700s, and the warm Scottish hospitality that seems central to its identity; I noted the on-site dining featuring local cuisine plus themed murder mystery weekends for something different. While some experiences seem inconsistent, especially around service, there's a clear commitment to community engagement in Drymen. For me, it balances charm with a strong sense of place.”

rainfall showerhot water
The room featured a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower. I found complimentary Dove shower gel and shampoo provided, fantastic. The hot water was very hot , so I made sure to take extra care. Breakfast had a wide selection of hot food like bacon and haggis. cereals and fruits.
I noticed that the corridors could be a bit noisy at times , but it quieted down later in the evening.
