The secure underground parking had direct access to the hotel foyer via a lift. Front of House staff were helpful. The fitness suite on the 6th floor includes a sauna, steam room, and DDA compliant WC. A plentiful supply of towels were available in the sauna lobby.

The room was adequately sized and included various amenities. I appreciated having both tea and coffee available in the room. The staff responded quickly to my request for additional towels.

The single coffee machine available during breakfast created a significant bottleneck and long waits. I recommend they add more machines during peak hours.

i found the room clean. it was also quite quiet considering its location. the staff was super friendly.

the room decor looked dated. i noticed that the mini bar was not there, only a useless cupboard. the room was too hot even with the thermostat at its lowest setting.

I found a small play area in the lobby. It was a nice surprise. the room had plenty of space and was clean. i also liked the bathtub. The towels were fantastic. the location was excellent and the breakfast choices were great!

the lift situation to the car park was a bit of a nuisance at times, though i was grateful to have secured a space.

the room was bigger than i expected it had all the essentials. breakfast was affordable it had a good choice. the location is in the city center.
