Review summary

Powered by AI
The Fenwick Hotel is a popular choice, especially for lunch, with many guests returning regularly to enjoy the lovely and warm food. The Sunday carvery is a standout, known for its great selection of meats, vegetables, and potatoes. Rooms are generally spacious and comfortable, though some guests in rooms near the motorway have noted traffic noise, which the triple-glazed windows aim to mitigate. Many appreciate the good selection at breakfast and the option to relax in the outdoor area when the weather is nice.

adequate but WITH problems

restaurant foodtired carpetsheavy duvet
the FOOD in the restaurant met expectations.
i was quite irritated with some aspects of my stay. The carpets in the corridors were tired AND needed replacement. The duvet felt uncomfortably heavy, especially considering it was july. This made sleeping difficult and the room stuffy.
