Acceptable Hotel Stay

I appreciated the easy access car parking. The room included windows that open, nice. The hotel has a green space diagonally opposite (it was perfect for a refreshing walk after a long journey). All staff members were friendly and helpful with food options.
I noticed there were no facilities for disabled people. Rooms felt cramped, and there wasn't much space to move around the beds. The beds were not very comfortable (I had some trouble falling asleep) and I believe the cost was a little excessive for the service.

The staff was lovely and very helpful (especially during breakfast service!). The room was super clean, and it was an easy walk to local buses.
A fridge in the room would be a nice addition.
