The room was a triple room. it had effective air conditioning. The temperature was consistently comfortable. i appreciated that the hotel was very clean, with visible efforts to maintain cleanliness throughout the day!
The walk to the beach was slightly longer than expected. It took about 15 minutes.

The staff were always kind and ready to help with anything i needed. i especially loved the microwave and fridge available in the family room. It helped to keep things cool. sporting activities were a delight. My son particularly enjoyed the football pitch and spent hours playing there.
The indoor pool needed attention. I believe more frequent cleaning is necessary. the pool felt quite unclean, and i was worried about hygiene during my swims. i hope the hotel addresses this issue .

the hotel sits in a lovely spot a short distance from the sea. this is convenient for beach visits. nearby restaurants are easy to access also.

the staff across the hotel showed true dedication and kindness. the reception team offered warm welcomes. the animation team made sure both days and evenings were joyous.

the hotel was super clean i noticed. food was amazing offering varied options. the staff were really friendly. i would definitely recommend this hotel for a family holiday
the evening entertainment venue felt small and some seats had obstructed views making it difficult to fully enjoy the shows i attended it needs improvements

The breakfast had plenty of options. I found the room to be modern and clean. The hotel is situated five minutes from the strip, this makes it easy to access shops.
The entertainment venue felt small. Pillars blocked the view, and the TV screen flickered, this made shows difficult to enjoy. I felt the entertainment lacked energy, performers looked bored. There was no interaction from reps during the day.

awesome hotel, great stay!

I was really happy with the location. Portaventura park is just a mile away. you can buy a 3-day ticket for great value. the town centre is only 400m away. rooms and beds were very comfortable. i liked the tv, as it has netflix installed.
He fell down the stairs from top to bottom near the indoor pool to check on the children and subsequently broke 4 ribs.

Staff in the restaurant and bars were fantastic. They were kind and friendly. The back door is great. It gets you out to the shops very quickly. i would be happy to stay again at this hotel.

The food was superb. Drinks at dinner were the cheapest i have purchased at a hotel restaurant for years. a litre of wine was 12 euros! soft drinks were only 2.50 euros. All public areas of the hotel were clean.
