beach location direct access inclusive drinks
The beach location was excellent with direct access. I used the water park with slides and found it fun. The all-inclusive drinks selection at the bar was extensive.
The room's soundproofing wasn't perfect I could occasionally hear noises from neighboring rooms.

i loved the beach access. it was really close. the hotel offered clean, spacious rooms. i had a comfortable stay there.

mediocre experience
slippery bathroom floor shocking entertainment
The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. This made it dangerously slippery. mould had grown up the doors and burst the wood. the balcony was also an occupational health hazard. the gap between the balcony and metal work seemed dangerous. My chair leg fell through. also, the entertainment was shocking, kids mini disco was at 9.15?!

Fantastic Family Stay
direct access kind staff
I appreciated the hotel's direct access to the beach. The slides and play areas kept children entertained. The staff were very kind. I was pleased to see lifeguards take guest safety seriously.
