I stayed in an apartment pool view. it was spacious and very clean. That's really important. the buffet breakfast was amazing!!! there was such a wide variety of choices.
the air conditioning wasn't amazing in all areas of the hotel, though my apartment was fine.

This hotel boasts a great location. It is close to both the town and the beach. I found the staff to be super friendly and helpful (they always had a smile). The rooms were clean, AND the beds were super comfortable. I do not remember the last time I slept so well.
The main pool area could use some updating.

The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. The free bus service to PortAventura worked well for our family. It was also a short stroll to the beach from the hotel.

The breakfast was lovely too (i enjoyed it VERY much). We also really enjoyed the rooftop pool and area. The hotel was super clean throughout our visit. The pool bar had decent snacks available.

Excellent Family Stay

Our room had a fridge and safe. I liked this. The food was plentiful. There was a good choice. I found something to eat every day. My sister is coeliac. Staff made fresh food for her after an initial issue. The rooftop pool area was nice and very clean. Staff were very chatty and pleasant.
There was no kettle in the room, so it was not possible to make hot drinks.

The adult-only rooftop area has hot tubs that provide a great relaxing experience after a busy day with the children, and the main pool is large enough to allow guests to swim freely. The gym has multiple resistance machines for exercise enthusiasts.

the breakfast buffet had a great selection. i especially liked the fresh fruit (i ate a lot!). the pool area was clean and well-kept, offering a great space to relax.
the elevators were a bit slow during peak hours.
