great view blackout curtains separate sinks ironing board

The room had a great city view, and the blackout curtains worked well. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i found the closet space sufficient for my needs. It had an iron and ironing board. i appreciated the complimentary water bottles replenished daily.

the tv system was a bit slow to navigate.

comfortable bedding massive bathroom great breakfast helpful staff

the club level one bedroom suite was an excellent start to our stay. an upgrade to a suite mid-stay added to the experience. the bathroom felt massive and the bedding felt quite comfortable. central a/c was a necessity during the summer heat, which we appreciated. the breakfast had a great spread and the staff felt friendly and helpful. easy access to the metro was only a block away. we found a bus stop directly across the street, and it was helpful.

the hotel features a peruvian restaurant on the rooftop. it offers 360 views and seemed very popular. the tapas bar served good food and drink, and it was a relaxed atmosphere.

confused staff ac issue

the rooftop bar had FABULOUS views.

The AC in my Premium Twin Room NEVER went below 22 degrees. i spoke to staff about this at 8am. they told me a new room, a studio suite, awaited me. i returned at 8pm, finding staff CONFUSED. No room was assigned, and AC not checked. it REALLY upset my plans.
