fantastic stay with excellent service

really good service spacious room fabulous entertainment

I found the service to be really good, especially mirabel at the bar. She was friendly and patient with my spanish. the rooms were spacious enough, and the food was lovely. entertainment was also fabulous (i enjoyed all the shows).

lovely environment great food lively environment

this was my second time staying here. it was lovely and always clean from top to bottom. the food was great. the environment felt lively. it always offered entertainment for kids. all the staff were lovely, this includes the cleaning staff and cooks.

The double room included two twin beds pushed together and a private balcony. We enjoyed having a fridge. the air conditioning worked well and kept the room very cool at night. This was so important.

Housekeeping came daily, providing fresh towels and toiletries. This. the reception staff helped me with directions and recommendations for local attractions. Their assistance was great.

the hotel offered multiple pools. there was also an aquapark. i found a tennis court and a basketball court. entertainment options kept me occupied.

accessing the beach required crossing a road. it was a slight inconvenience

Mixed Experience with Restaurant and Service Issues

restaurant organization trolley system

The restaurant organization needs improvement. There were waits to be seated in the evening. Staff seemed overwhelmed as they had to carry plates, serve drinks, and arrange tables. I think a trolley system with separate roles for clearing, setting up, and serving could improve efficiency.

clean pools onsite water park

The room had a kettle with tea and coffee. The room also featured USB ports which eliminated the need for adapters. I appreciated the pools. They were clean. The water park onsite was a wonderful addition.

I would have preferred a milk jug at breakfast instead of using cereal milk for tea.
