Balanced Experience at Hotel

convenient location kind staff clean room weak wifi occupied loungers faulty fridge

The location proved very convenient for seeing many sights. The staff showed kindness and accommodated my early check-in needs. I appreciated the cleanliness in my room. It always felt fresh after a day out.

The internet signal faltered in my room. The rooftop bar seemed fully occupied . All loungers had been taken. I found the in-room fridge did not work properly, despite me informing the reception.

chipped paint weak wifi

the location proved convenient, it was within walking distance to various attractions.

The room did not feel like a 4-star experience. I noticed chipped paint on the walls and furniture, it was quite disappointing. the wifi was too weak to stream anything on the tv. it didn't meet expectations at all.

I received a room key before the standard check-in time. This allowed me to begin my explorations sooner. The lobby offered plenty of space and comfortable seating. I found the shower to be particularly enjoyable, and the complimentary water was a welcome touch. Also the location of the hotel is very central

The absence of bedside tables on both sides of the bed was a slight inconvenience.

broken fridge unresolved issue

the rooftop bar offered good drinks.

the in-room fridge did not work during my entire stay. i reported this issue to reception, but it was never resolved (quite frustrating). furthermore, i had to contact reception twice and wait for maintenance to visit the room to resolve issues with the wifi and tv channels.

The front desk staff helped me navigate the area. Their recommendations improved my trip. The room was quiet. Restful sleep was guaranteed. The breakfast buffet included varied options. Everything tasted fresh. I really enjoyed using the rooftop terrace. It was a perfect spot to relax after a day out. I found the complimentary water refreshing after long walks. The location offered easy access to key attractions and public transport.

I noticed the gym was off-site. Accessing it required a short walk.
