an acceptable, but flawed, stay
high bar prices cold breakfast
the staff were very cute and friendly. i appreciate that.
I found bar prices to be quite high. I felt they did not represent good value. the 'hot' breakfast was cold. Made for an unpleasant start. there were extra drinks added to our bill that we did not order. This was corrected, but it caused concern about potential overcharges.

fantastic stay at a lovely hotel
great choice fresh fruit friendly receptionist plenty parking
the breakfast had great choice with fresh fruit available i thought the room was clean and it was also reasonably quiet the staff had a professional approach and were very friendly i really liked how there was plenty of parking available
the pillows were not very comfortable i did find that the price of the bar drinks was excessive i was not expecting it to be so high

the hotel had a lovely garden that was nicely decorated with flowers there were also some pods in the garden where you could sit for food and drinks the garden offered many spots to enjoy the outdoors.

excellent level service beer garden buzzer table blackout curtains uncomfortable pillows missing safe
The staff were willing to answer questions. They booked taxis for me too. Generally, they provided an excellent level of service. The beer garden was amazing. I loved the buzzer each table had when I wanted to order more drinks.
The curtains were not blackout ones. I was uncomfortable with the pillows. Our room was in the Stable Annex. It required us to walk perhaps 100 yards outside to get to our room. The room did not have a safe. I missed it.

Excellent Stay Near Windsor
professional staff outdoor space
The staff were professional. They maintained the hotel in excellent order! The restaurant served an excellent breakfast. It also offered a good menu for lunch and dinner. I appreciated the outdoor space. My children enjoyed playing and made new friends.
My room was located in the Stable Annex, requiring a short outdoor walk. This was a minor inconvenience, especially during inclement weather. A safe in the room would have been very useful.

Staff members were attentive in the bar. The manager provided really good customer service. The staff ensured the hotel was very clean. This ensured a cute environment.
