disappointing room and breakfast
cold breakfast bar staff
the armchair in my room was comfortable enough.
the breakfast was cold each morning and there were not enough staff at the bar for evening meals so i had to wait too long. i found this frustrating, especially given the price i paid. it wasn't the level of service i anticipate.

super clean area good breakfast parking charge double charge
the breakfast was very good. all areas were spotlessly clean (i was very impressed!).
i was told by reception that they would waiver the parking charge. i later discovered they had taken another charge, meaning i had paid double.

underground car park gym equipment price discrepancy double suite
Parking was definitely easy, i found plenty of spaces in the underground car park. The gym had all the kit i needed and more, a nice surprise.
I was traveling with a party of sixteen, and i prepaid for the best double suite. At double the price, there was no difference between the normal double. it was a disappointment.

average stay with some issues
broken treadmill musty odor
The staff was helpful . They were quick to respond to requests
The gym was a letdown. Some equipment was out of order, and the layout felt cramped. There were only two treadmills available, and one was displaying an error message the entire time i tried to use it. I also noticed a persistent musty odor near the changing rooms , made the area less pleasant

early morning disturbance service fee
i wasn't keen on a staff member trying to get into my room at 4:20 in the morning. also, bar staff said they would bring drinks, then charged a service fee. it felt sneaky.

helpful staff comfortable bar short tap mouldy overflow
the staff helped me select an evening meal that met my allergen requirements. the comfortable bar area.
the shower tap was too short, so washing my hands was tricky. the overflow in the bathroom had mould.

excellent stay
cute staff helpful service excellent cocktails
the staff at the hotel were very cute. aaryan provided very helpful service at check-in. emilia at the oxbo bar made excellent cocktails and gave great food recommendations. ethan l helped us find a table.
the gym was a bit busy during peak hours. it would be great to have a few more machines available.

the room was super clean with lovely fluffy towels. it featured nice room extras like a coffee machine and complimentary toiletries. the bed was very comfortable and i slept well each night.

the reception staff were attentive and friendly. the bar staff provided quick and professional service. the housekeeping team kept the hotel very clean, and any requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
