the shower tap was too short, so washing my hands was tricky. the overflow in the bathroom had mould.

the staff at the hotel were very cute. aaryan provided very helpful service at check-in. emilia at the oxbo bar made excellent cocktails and gave great food recommendations. ethan l helped us find a table.
the gym was a bit busy during peak hours. it would be great to have a few more machines available.

the room was super clean with lovely fluffy towels. it featured nice room extras like a coffee machine and complimentary toiletries. the bed was very comfortable and i slept well each night.

the reception staff were attentive and friendly. the bar staff provided quick and professional service. the housekeeping team kept the hotel very clean, and any requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
