Susie, the manager, greeted me warmly when I arrived, she remembered my name at breakfast. She was efficient with requests I had for extra towels. The gym provided a good workout, I used the treadmill and weights. The bar stayed open quite late, it helped me relax after a long day.
The WiFi signal dropped occasionally in my room. I needed it for a video call.
