the room was spacious and clean , with tea and coffee facilities. i also noticed usb points , which was helpful. the spa had a good swim area , a sauna , and a hot tub available for guest use.
the room had poor heating , and the shower room lacked heating altogether.

lukewarm buffetflickering screen
The room lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms, this disturbed my sleep. the breakfast buffet was consistently lukewarm. also, the gym equipment looked dated. The treadmill screen flickered constantly. the maintenance really needs addressing. i expect better from this standard of hotel.

The room was spacious. It was also very clean. The outdoor seating area was nice (i used it to read). The restaurant had good food.
The receptionist asked if i had been here before. I told her that i had been here many times. She asked me if i liked it. She said no, not really.
