The hotel's location was central. It allowed easy access to key areas. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help with directions. I found a mini fridge stocked with complimentary drinks in my room. The hotel provided ample amenities, including a coffee machine and toiletries.

The air conditioning in my room did not work properly, and the provided fans offered minimal relief.

the hotel has a great central location close to landmarks. the staff was professional and helpful, even providing a travel cot for my little one. the room i stayed in was quiet and clean, exactly what i needed for a good night's sleep.

My room didn't have a telephone. I had to scan a barcode to reach reception, this felt slightly inconvenient!
