Really good Stay, A Modern and Well-Equipped Hotel

efficient process effective climate control blackout curtains
I found the check-in process quite efficient. The reception staff ensured a SMOOTH welcome. The room's climate control was effective, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. The provided blackout curtains were excellent, completely blocking out external light for restful sleep.
Unfortunately, the limited availability of parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the hotel presented a minor inconvenience.

underwhelming stay

broken lift loud air conditioning
The lift was out of service. I had to lug my suitcase up several flights of stairs. This was REALLY inconvenient after a long day of travel. The room's air conditioning unit was excessively loud. It made sleeping quite difficult.

the location was very convenient (i could easily walk to nearby attractions). my room was clean and tidy and had a lovely bathroom.
i found the breakfast to be just okay. i would have liked more vegan options offered.
