seating area warm greeting easy parking small shower loose tap vehicle noise
The location was wonderful. The room featured a seating area, and it seemed recently refurbished. Adam greeted me warmly, escorted me to my room, explained everything clearly, and ensured my satisfaction (a very thoughtful touch!).
The shower cubicle was rather small for me. The basin tap felt loose. I noticed vehicle noise frequently because the hotel sits right on the high street, though I did not spend much time in the room during the day.
