A Cosy Engagement Celebration

relaxed atmosphere lovely staff

We celebrated our engagement with a lovely meal at the venue. The atmosphere was very relaxed and cosy. The staff are lovely, and the service was AMAZING!!!

I experienced a delay during check-in, as check-in time started strictly at 3 PM. It would have been beneficial if early check-in were available.

The manager provided a very warm welcome and explained all the hotel and room details. Staff members were professional and friendly. They were also very helpful .

The food in both the bar and restaurant was excellent. Breakfast provided many good choices. The breakfast was delicious and tasty, the restaurant and bar areas were super nice and cutely decorated also.

great central stay

ideal location comfortable bed fresh fruits

i came to this hotel for a special celebration. its location is ideal in the town center. the room, the oliver, it was very spacious and also spotlessly clean. the king size bed was very comfortable. the breakfast selection it was superb with fresh fruits, cereals plus pastries. the staff i thank were pretty good.

my friends room was very hot, i think. it could not be cooled easily even though it was only 2 degrees outside. our menu we tried to have an evening meal, but half of it wasnt available, a shame. the burger came but it had no bun. the custard it came with the dessert was the tiniest jug ever. it had just a tablespoon of custard. that was all.

a stay with some issues.

loud floorboards terrible sleep

the breakfast was good and met my expectations.

I had trouble sleeping, it was terrible how loud the floorboards were in the room above mine. Someone paced the room for hours at 5am. it really ruined what should have been a comfortable night.

the room was spacious , and i found the decor lovely. plenty of tea and coffee were available in my room , which i appreciated. breakfast was also spot on , and i thoroughly enjoyed it.

the bed felt a bit small for the price , but overall the room was comfortable.

The room was clean. I found a kettle and a coffee machine in the room. The bathroom included shampoo, shower gel and moisturizer. The bed was very comfortable, and I enjoyed a great night's sleep.

I asked several times for my drink. This was a bit annoying.

My modern room had character. I was supplied with a fan, a helpful feature. This fan drowned out any street noise. It also kept the room kinda cool during the warmer hours of the day.
