the room was a good size and had what i needed.
The bathroom ceiling had mold (i found this concerning). the windows really need replacing as i was cold despite the radiator being on. there was only one chair for two desks. I wanted to do my hair, but it was difficult as there weren't any mirrors near plug sockets.

high temperaturelow ceiling
I found the room temperature too hot. i couldn't adjust it. the bathroom ceiling felt low near the shower, i bumped my head once. also, the hot water changed quickly from cold to scalding. That was a bit dangerous!

the room was a decent size and the bed provided adequate comfort.
Getting to my room reminded me of navigating a maze. So many doors to deal with and i had luggage!!! plus, the ceiling had these awful stains that screamed for some paint and maybe a bit of anti-mould treatment. It was quite off-putting.

The location is convenient. It is easy to find and access the hotel. The staff were friendly (I was very pleased with their service). The drinking and dining areas were pleasant and offered a variety of seating options.
The room was too warm. The ceiling in the bathroom near the basin was too short. An adult could bump their head regularly (this is a serious design flaw).

The family room was large. It provided ample space for everyone. breakfast was beautiful!!! it was the best i have had in a long time. we had eaten here before, so i knew the evening meal would be great as well. the staff were so helpful and friendly.
the overhead sink light and razor fixture in the bathroom were not working at all.

the staff was friendly i found the room to be a reasonable size the shower provided plenty of hot water it was quite good too. breakfast had many options available it suited me well
