The breakfast offered a wide choice. It had everything i could possibly want. large towels were in abundance. my standard twin room was very spacious.

The parking machine was outside, i paid, but it was complimentary for hotel guests. the hotel could not refund the money as it was a different company. They offered drink vouchers. there were only two cups and two tea bags, even though they knew how many were staying. That was not ideal.

The breakfast offered a great spread with many choices. Bed linens and towels were good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful in all sections (I really appreciated their attention to detail).

The absence of electric vehicle charging in the carpark was an issue. This detail influenced my decision to book this hotel.

Check-in was pleasant and prompt contributing to a smooth arrival experience. Restaurant staff members are pleasant and helpful. The staff addressed the room issue quickly, great.

the hotel was easy to find just off the motorway. every member of staff was helpful and courteous . the room was clean and cute with a good shower. the bed was comfortable.

the room was very old and in desperate need of modernisation. the wallpaper was ripped in places , there was no main light in the room. the lights in the bathroom flickered constantly. the tv took over 20 minutes to turn on.
