Sixteen58 restaurant is located in the old chapel of the manor house and features dishes crafted from local Cotswold produce by chef Nik Chappell. The bar, lounge, library, and terrace serve afternoon teas and an all-day menu, Breakfast includes pastries, toasted sourdough, charcuterie, and a vegan English breakfast. Guests can order rabbit ballotine with watercress, and lamb with braised lettuce and black garlic.
