the room was very clean. it was also warm. the beds were comfortable for the two nights of my stay (i slept very well). there was good value for money too.

i found the staff helpful and cute . the room was a great size with a kitchenette included, which i really appreciated. everything felt very clean and well kept. there was also free parking available which was a plus, though it could get a little tight at times.

i noticed some noise from the street outside my room. the soundproofing wasn't perfect and i could hear traffic at times (especially early in the morning). it didn't ruin my stay, but it was slightly annoying.

The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, i noticed great amenities, like the desk and kitchenette, the bed was especially comfortable! all the staff were very cute and friendly, i would gladly recommend this place to others! the bus stop was right outside the hotel. Frequent buses made getting into town easy, i found this very convenient. the room was spacious and easy to access, it reminded me of a second home! i also appreciated the quiet atmosphere. staff were very helpful and the room had great facilities, there was also a nice, big bath!

The endless stream of emails about checking in and charges was a bit much. The 'gentle reminders' was like too many rules.

I liked the big, well laid out room. It had a large bed and simple kitchenette. Staffs are really friendly and helpful to.

The hotel wasn't very luxurious. I think the price was too high for what I got. I feel I was charged for everything, like snacks and water. Even the tea bags weren't special.

The location was excellent, right by a bus stop. It took me to the city center in under ten minutes! Free parking was a HUGE plus. I didn't have to worry about finding a spot. The welcome was superb, and the staff was friendly. I will recommend this place!

The noise from other doors slamming at night and early morning was pretty disruptive.

The location was useful. It helped with my planned activities. The bus stop near the hotel was a plus.

The noise level was honestly unacceptable. My room faced the road, traffic sounds kept me up at night. I even used earplugs (what an experience!), and I still couldn't sleep. I was surprised that even after complaining, the management didn't offer an apology or show concern.
