clean room comfortable beds good value small car park unhelpful staff clear pricing

the room was very clean. it was also warm. the beds were comfortable for the two nights of my stay (i slept very well). there was good value for money too.

the car park is small. i think it only fits four cars. the staff could have been more helpful (they seemed quite busy). the snacks in the room lacked clear pricing.

fantastic stay with all i needed!

helpful staff great room size free parking

i found the staff helpful and cute . the room was a great size with a kitchenette included, which i really appreciated. everything felt very clean and well kept. there was also free parking available which was a plus, though it could get a little tight at times.

i noticed some noise from the street outside my room. the soundproofing wasn't perfect and i could hear traffic at times (especially early in the morning). it didn't ruin my stay, but it was slightly annoying.

The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, i noticed great amenities, like the desk and kitchenette, the bed was especially comfortable! all the staff were very cute and friendly, i would gladly recommend this place to others! the bus stop was right outside the hotel. Frequent buses made getting into town easy, i found this very convenient. the room was spacious and easy to access, it reminded me of a second home! i also appreciated the quiet atmosphere. staff were very helpful and the room had great facilities, there was also a nice, big bath!

The endless stream of emails about checking in and charges was a bit much. The 'gentle reminders' was like too many rules.

Staff responded quickly and politely to my queries, and they were helpful when i needed assistance with directions. I appreciated their willingness to assist! the check-in process was very efficient.

The room included a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave and a fridge, i found it useful for preparing simple meals! free parking was available on-site. Street parking was also available nearby if the car park was full.

While there wasn't a full restaurant, the availability of tea and coffee in the room was very welcome. This allowed me to have a hot drink whenever i wanted! several restaurants and cafés were within walking distance.

I liked the big, well laid out room. It had a large bed and simple kitchenette. Staffs are really friendly and helpful to.

The hotel wasn't very luxurious. I think the price was too high for what I got. I feel I was charged for everything, like snacks and water. Even the tea bags weren't special.

Fantastic Stay! Will Return!!!

The location was excellent, right by a bus stop. It took me to the city center in under ten minutes! Free parking was a HUGE plus. I didn't have to worry about finding a spot. The welcome was superb, and the staff was friendly. I will recommend this place!

The noise from other doors slamming at night and early morning was pretty disruptive.

My room was very spacious and included a kitchenette with a fridge, a kettle, and a microwave, this was a HUGE help. The room included useful equipment. It featured cutlery, a tea towel, a sponge, and Fairy liquid. A spacious room is a real bonus!

Average stay with some issues

traffic sounds lack of concern

The location was useful. It helped with my planned activities. The bus stop near the hotel was a plus.

The noise level was honestly unacceptable. My room faced the road, traffic sounds kept me up at night. I even used earplugs (what an experience!), and I still couldn't sleep. I was surprised that even after complaining, the management didn't offer an apology or show concern.
