Underwhelming Stay and Maintenance Issues

burnt pakoraloose mirror
I wasnt impressed with some things. The kettle in my room had burnt residue. The replacement didnt even fit the base. I also noticed the magnifying mirror in the bathroom hung loosely and I thought it would fall. My meal was also dissapointing. The lamb kebab was overly spicy and the pakora was burnt. I think hotel needs to do a inspection.

AWESOME stay!

easy accesscute staffawesome breakfastunseen step
The hotel has EASY access, I noticed. The reception staff were REALLY cute on arrival. The hotel is of a high standard overall. The facilities were VERY good for what I needed. BREAKFAST was fantastic value for money. I could even check in early as my event started early.
I found one issue, there was white paint needed at the edge of the disabled bays. There was an unseen step. I almost fell. THIS needs work.
Dining

The breakfast offered tasty food and diverse options. The breakfast room itself was beautiful with lovely decorations. I spotted staff kept the area tidy. The ambiance made the meal relaxing.

Good stay near Oxford

clean roomeasy accesshelpful staffclearer direction
My room was a Standard Double Room Courtyard Side and was very clean. The location was good, providing easy access to Oxford. The staff were helpful and polite . The restaurant offered excellent dinner options (i recommend the specials!).
The initial greeting felt a little careless as the reception desk was unattended at first. It took some effort to locate my room afterwards. Clearer directions would have helped a lot.
