Guests often appreciate the hotel's location in the center of Thame, with its proximity to pubs and restaurants. Many enjoyed garden rooms that offer quiet spaces and outdoor seating. Some rooms, such as the Acton Suite, even feature doors opening directly onto the garden. While some found the car park entrance difficult to locate at night, the value for money is often mentioned as a highlight.

I enjoyed the size of the suite. It was very spacious! I liked that plug sockets were next to the dressing unit. There was plenty of wardrobe space, AND the doors opening onto the garden were lovely.
I was disappointed with my stay! There was A dreadful noise in the room anytime another guest flushed. The hotel needs refurbishment in my opinion.
