I loved the friendly staff. They were always ready to help. the breakfast offered a nice variety of options (it was a good start to my day). the location was awesome. It was so easy to walk to the gothic quarter, the harbor, and the beach. i also appreciated the quietness of my room, even though it faced a main road.

the room design felt a little outdated.

the hotel is near the beach and also close to a metro station. this proximity made travel simple and very convenient. the estacio de franca rail station is just opposite the hotel.

The hotel is near bus lines and a metro station. The hotel is also close to a park and the beach. I found the location quite convenient. A train station is across the street.

The check-in process uses a single iPad. I had to re-enter information I already provided for the reservation. The room was not very cozy for the price. I also think that coffee capsules could be included in the room price.

I thought the hotel's location was great. A short walk got me to both the beach and the main street. I liked that taxis were always available right outside. Breakfast had a lot of different options, a plus for me.

The staff was not always as friendly. I didn't always feel welcome. More attention to customer service could improve the overall experience.
