perfect location helpful staff clean room small room limited space missing shelves
the location was perfect for me. i could easily reach many attractions. the staff were very helpful with my needs. the room was very clean to my standards.
my room felt small. i struggled to open my suitcases. there were no shelves to place my things. it.

charming stay in the heart of the old town
ideal location attentive staff convenient taxi
i found the location ideal, a short walk from the cathedral. the staff provided facilities for our baby boy. mamen and médita were particularly attentive during breakfast and made him smile every morning. the hotel also booked a taxi for me.
it can be tricky for taxis to drop you off directly at the hotel entrance.

the hotel is in the gothic quarter. the location allows easy access to many sites and restaurants. the hotel is also near the cathedral (making it great for sightseeing).

complimentary coffee and tea are available in the lobby area from 1-8pm. the breakfast buffet had fresh and generous offerings. coffee is constantly available, along with a welcome glass of cava.

the room included a stocked minibar, with space for personal items. bottled water was available for free on the first day. the beds and pillows were comfortable, contributing to a restful experience.

the reception staff was helpful. the staff assisted with baby facilities (such as a cot and high chair). the personnel was cheerful, pleasant and helpful (i felt well taken care of).

Fantastic stay in a prime location!
prime location helpful staff generous breakfast special touch
I appreciated the hotel's PERFECT location for exploring. The breakfast selection was fresh and generous, a GREAT way to start each day. I found the staff helpful. They offered transport tips. The provided welcome glass of cava added a special touch.
My room seemed a bit smaller compared to the pictures I saw online.
