central location and excellent service

central location short walk lovely doorman smooth check-in
the location was perfect, just a short walk to everything. the staff, especially the doorman, were lovely and genuinely interested in each guest. check-in to check-out was smooth. i found the location very convenient for exploring nearby attractions.
The doors were creaking. The sink in the bathroom had standing water, maybe the drain was blocked.

the spa provides comfortable space for ten persons. a pool, sauna, steam room, gymnasium, and treatment rooms are available for guest use. i found these amenities well kept and convenient after a day of sightseeing.

some issues

basement room blocked drain
the room felt a bit like a basement. people could look inside from the street. this meant we couldn't open the windows most of the time. the doors creaked too, and the bathroom sink had standing water. it seemed the drain was blocked.

great shower central location helpful staff
My room offered a really great shower and bed. The hotel location allowed easy access to many attractions. I also appreciated the very helpful staff. Their kindness. The rooftop terrace provided a magnificent view during meals.
The gym equipment looked a little worn. Some machines could benefit from some updating.

The staff were attentive and always ready to assist. Our room included a complimentary mini bar that was refilled daily, a good touch. The rooftop terrace provided AMAZING views and a free welcome drink, which I particularly enjoyed.
The spa felt a bit small and could use some updates. I expected a more spacious and relaxing experience.
