central, stylish and just fantastic!

modern aesthetic great air conditioning helpful staff amazing location

The room had a vintage yet modern aesthetic! the air conditioning worked great and the beds were very comfortable. the staff was very helpful. They even created a breakfast box for us when we had to leave super early! the location is amazing. There are plenty of eating and shopping spots nearby.

the gym could use some updates.

breakfast was lovely! the setting and food are amazing!!! there was always fresh bread, omelets, sweet pastries, fruit, and vegetables available. fresh juices and excellent coffee were always on offer.

Decent Location, Some Issues

high temperature portable safe

The location was central to many attractions and transport links.

The centralized air con had a minimum temperature of 19 degrees. It was too hot for sleeping. The room safe for valuables wasn't bolted to anything.. a completely portable safe seems pointless, doesn't it?

the location was good. It was Convenient to major sights and within walking distance. the hotel also offered complimentary slippers plus water in the room. I appreciated the complimentary upgrade i received.

one day the room was not made up. I forgot a sweatshirt in the wardrobe after checking out. I was told they could not find anything in the room. It was really disappointing.

the breakfast included enough options for everyone. i ate yogurt, fruit, and pastries every morning. the bar offers a reduction on food and drinks for hotel guests, a nice gesture.

the rooms included necessary appliances. i had all i needed in my room. the hotel has rooms equipped with marble bathrooms, an excellent feature. The street was quiet at all times, a wonderful plus.

Acceptable stay, some issues

inadequate storage unhelpful staff

The room lacked essential amenities. I found no wardrobe or shelves for clothing. The tiny bathroom presented challenges. There was no counter space or hooks. Staff responsiveness was mixed, requiring me to prompt them for assistance at times, which i FOUND infuriating.

The location was super central, right in the heart of everything. the staff were amazingly friendly and always willing to help. the bistro served great food and drinks too. I especially liked the happy hour deals. the free bottle of portuguese wine in the room was such a nice touch!

one tiny thing is i forgot a sweatshirt in the wardrobe after checking out and they couldn't find it.

The hotel is in a prime location. It is easy to walk and explore the area. many attractions were within easy reach. It made sightseeing so convenient. this central spot meant i could easily return for a rest.
