I encountered issues . Some reception staff lacked customer service skills. One even argued about my room number, despite my having stayed there for almost a week. Another refused to provide a parking pass my husband paid for. The underground car park was inexplicably closed one evening. The chaotic traffic light system and unhelpful attendant made parking dangerous!!!

only one of three seemed to work. i waited ages especially during busy times. the bed wasn't good either. it wasn't comfy and there where not enough pillows available.
