the room was nice with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning.

I booked ten nights here and quickly regretted it. the staff seemed tired and unfriendly, never asking about my stay or trying to converse. housekeeping was inconsistent, and after three days, my room was visibly dusty. the elevators were a joke. I often waited ten minutes for a lift, then another five to ten minutes actually in it.

the room featured a lovely city view. daily complimentary water was indeed a nice touch, and the immaculate condition made it very cute. i found the restaurants offered amazing choices.

The room was LARGE with SUFFICIENT storage. The bathroom provided everything needed including free toiletries. The room was cleaned twice on the same day!!!

The location is not ideal. Still, a shuttle is available for transport to the city center.

the breakfast had many choices. the room included comfortable bed and a good shower (the water pressure was consistent). i found the pool area to be quiet and relaxing. the hotel's proximity to the metro and train services at sete rios was very useful to me.

Waiting for a lift was common. It sometimes took 10 minutes. i also spent another 5-10 minutes actually in the lift. i often saw 20-30 people waiting, not comfortable.
