cool design and handy location

free ferry unique design tasty food

I appreciated the proximity to the free ferry. It provided easy access to the city center. the building's design was unique, and i found it quite excellent. the food available was tasty. I especially liked the breakfast options.

i stayed in a compact room. it was well designed and cozy. the lighting was nice and created a good atmosphere. the shampoos and soaps provided were of good quality too.

the room had no outside windows. this. the bed seemed to be missing sheets. the bathroom was too small and lacked space for toiletries.

bad communication paid lockers

The location was good because it was on a direct metro line. This made travel easy.

The staff's bad attitude and communication were issues. I asked several times about takeaway breakfast, but I received inconsistent responses. The lockers were paid. It would have been better to use lockers around the train station.

The room felt great. The shower was really nice. Storage for larger luggage proved very useful. The bed felt comfortable and spacious.

There was no cleaning service during a 3-day stay. The room lacked basic amenities such as storage space and cupboards. I didn't find any toiletries. This.

the pod bed was very nice with good quality. the staff were friendly and helpful always. breakfast was lovely!!!

the mirror in the shower area was way too high, being a non-dutch person. i could barely see my face in it, so it was very uncomfortable.

the room included very useful storage for luggage. a tv with netflix and youtube was a nice addition! i appreciated the history and unique interior of the converted church building.

during my stay, there was no cleaning service provided. the room lacked basic toiletries.
