the cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable.

the bathroom design was impractical for me. it had a window into the rest of the room, and the shower lacked privacy. the location was also not ideal because it was far from the city center requiring a 20-25 minute taxi ride each time i wanted to go out, the taxis were not cheap.

the front desk staff were helpful and professional when i interacted with them.

the pictures online did not match the hotel i saw, it was underwhelming for the price. i was told i could extend my checkout for a fee, then they said i had to pay for another night for only 5 hours. the city tax was just added without informing me.

the staff were helpful. a FANTASTIC buffet breakfast was available. the location is ideal if you want a decent hotel outside of the very centre. just a few stops on the tram took me to museums and canals.

the check in required me to put a lot of information into a tablet. this was a bit annoying. the room had an unpleasant smell coming through the ventilation system. it smelled LIKE smoking, disturbing.
